Q: Can I lose experience points upon death?
A: Not in Battle Dungeons, you have nothing to lose here.

Q: Do pitbosses in Battle Dungeons drop items?
A: Pitbosses in Battle Dungeons (standard or Darkhole) do not drop items upon death. They do still give experience points though.

Q: How do I open a Battle Dungeon gate?
A: To open a BD gate you must first obtain the key. Find the GateKeeper NPC in your HQ and talk to him. You will have the option of opening a gate. You must be in a party in order to open a gate.

Q: How many players can attempt a BD together?
A: Battle dungeons require a minimum of two players. Up to a maximum of eight players can enter a single dungeon.

Q: I click the “Create Gate” button but nothing happens?
A: Sometimes the gate will not be created on the first try. You must keep clicking the button repeatedly and it will open.

Q: I completed a BD/Darkhole and did not get an item. Is this a bug?
A: There is a small chance that a member of your party will receive no item at all for completing the BD.

Q: What are the Battle Dungeons?
A: The Battle Dungeons are instanced PvE dungeons that players can jump into. They consist of varying objectives such as killing x amount of monsters before the timer runs out or collecting x amount of items from shattered objects.

Q: What can I expect to gain from completing a dungeon?
A: Upon completing a BD, players will be rewarded with various random items consisting of gems, talics, rare accessories, Type C weapons, or nothing at all. Each surviving player in the dungeon will have one item automatically deposited into their inventory upon successful completion of the dungeon.

Q: What happens if I die in a dungeon?
A: You will be returned to you HQ, losing no experience points. The rest of your party will still remain in the dungeon until they complete it or die as well. If they finish the dungeon without you, you will not gain any items.

Q: What is the Darkhole Battle Dungeon?
A: The Darkhole dungeon is unique from the rest of the dungeons. It consists of several arenas, and players must clear one arena to move on to the next. Each arena will require players to complete a certain quest to move on – this may be killing monsters, finding items, or slaying pitbosses. Whatever the objective may be, it will require a great amount of effort, teamwork and practice to successfully complete the Darkhole dungeon. To enter the Darkhole dungeon, you must be at least level 40.

Q: What is the standard Battle Dungeon?
A: These BD are played on a single arena. The ones obtained from the Sundries has no level restriction, however the rest are separated into different difficulties based on your level. These BDs mainly focus on killing x amount of mobs or pitbosses.

Q: What kinds of Battle Dungeons are there?
A: There are two main types of dungeons. There is the standard Battle Dungeon and there is the Darkhole Battle Dungeon.

Q: Where can I obtain Darkhole keys?
A: Darkhole keys drop from Ether mobs such as Calliana Crues, Calliana Atrocs, and Hobo Blades.

Q: Where do I obtain these dungeons?
A: The standard BD can be either bought from the Sundries shop in HQ, or be obtained as monster drops. Darkhole Battle Dungeon can only be obtained as monster drops from Ether Platform.
